Does BuyBarcodesCheap accept returns or issue refunds?
Once your order has been processed, the barcode numbers are immediately assigned to you in our database and they become your property. We keep a regularly updated database of all purchased barcodes to make sure none are ever unintentionally duplicated. Barcodes are a controlled product that we guarantee, and we have no way of determining if you had or had not used any of the numbers you might be attempting to return. We do guarantee that you will receive all of the barcodes that you purchased, that all of your barcode numbers will be legal and legitimate, and that we stand behind our numbers. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds.
7 Days Return Policy Notice
Normally, since barcodes are digital products, once purchased they cannot be returned or refunded. However, according to the exception stated below, we offer a 7‑day return policy. Please read carefully.
Exception: Occasionally, technical issues on marketplaces may cause problems that appear to be barcode-related, even though they are not. Minor errors on your part may also occur. In such cases, we will make every effort to investigate and resolve the issue. If, after all attempts, the problem is confirmed to be caused by the barcode itself, a refund may be issued. Refund requests under this exception are limited to 7 days from the date of purchase.
