Buyer understands and agrees that you are not buying the right to use our GS1 Company Prefix. You are buying the full rights to use the UPC codes in any which way YOU choose. Once you purchase any UPC codes from us, you are free to do as you please with them. However, you are not purchasing the rights to use our GS1-US company issued prefix, you are purchasing the full rights to the UPC codes that we issue to you ONLY. Customer agrees to not use UPC bar codes containing our prefix other than in the specific UPC numbers that you purchased from us. We promise to never sell, rent, lease, sub-divide or sub-lease any UPC code sold by us that is issued to you. We also guarantee that your UPC number will be maintained properly by us so it NEVER expires. BuyBarcodesCheap.com manages UPC assignments to prevent duplication of usage. Buyer understands and agrees that the UPC numbers purchased from BuyBarcodesCheap.com may not be acceptable for use with all retailers. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to determine the requirements, rules and restrictions imposed by all retailers with whom they will be doing business. The purchaser also agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuyBarcodesCheap.com and any of their proprietors, employees, contractors, personnel and officers from any and all legal claims arising out of use or the purchasing of BuyBarcodesCheap.com’s UPC numbers, including, but not limited to product liability claims, criminal prosecution, and retailer punitive fines.
Duplicate UPC/EAN Code Policy
BuyBarcodesCheap.com makes sure to NEVER sell, rent, lease or sub-lease any UPC or EAN codes that were sold from us to YOU. We agree to keep records of your Barcode numbers and only 1 person authorized in our company is able to view this information. There are no employees or any other company personnel that have authorization to view your personal/UPC information. By accepting this policy we require you to agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuyBarcodesCheap.com and any of their proprietors, employees, contractors, personnel and officers from any and all legal claims arising out of the issuance of duplicate BuyBarcodesCheap.com’s UPC/EAN numbers, including, but not limited to product liability claims, criminal prosecution, and retailer punitive fines.
Prior to August 28, 2002, all of the barcode numbers BuyBarcodesCheap owns and sells were issued by the UCC or Uniform Code Council, now known as GS1. All of our barcodes are UCC/GS1 verified.
**PLEASE NOTE** – The way that our system distributes the UPC/EAN Code packages, it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE for us to release duplicate UPC Codes. You can be rest-assured that your UPC/EAN Codes are always 100% UNIQUE to you.
Children

Barcodes are a controlled product that we guarantee, and we would have no way of determining if you had or had not used any of the numbers you might be attempting to return. We do guarantee that you will receive all of the barcodes that you purchased, that the barcodes are only assigned to you, that all of your barcode numbers will be legal and legitimate, and that we stand behind our numbers. No Returns or Refunds.
